When your downgrade to the Base plan takes effect, you lose access to Plus's exclusive features and benefits, and your account switches to the Base plan's features and fees.
At the end of your 30-day billing cycle:
Your digital and physical MAJORITY Visa® debit card will be frozen.
You will no longer be able to use Pockets.
You will no longer be able to apply for a MAJORITY Visa® credit card.
You will stop receiving cashback benefits.
International calls will switch to the per-minute rate corresponding to the Base plan.
International top-ups will switch to a $0.99 fee per top-up.
International transfers will switch to a $1.99 fee per transfer, plus $3 if the transfer is for cash pickup.
You will no longer be able to use MAJORITY Pay to send money to non-members within the United States.
You will no longer have access to the additional ways to add money exclusive to Plus, such as ATM, check deposit, payment app, and payment link.
You will no longer have access to phone support, except in cases where this service is also available to Base members, such as fraud or unauthorized transactions.
You will keep access to the features available with the Base plan, such as your Axiom bank account, MAJORITY Pay between MAJORITY US members, transfers to MAJORITY Wallet, and the four deposit methods available for both plans.
Note: The downgrade does not take effect immediately. Changes to your benefits apply when your current billing cycle ends.
