Venezuela Reactivation Promotional Rate

These Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) govern participation in the "Venezuela Reactivation Promotional Rate" offer (the “Offer”) provided by Majority USA, LLC (“Majority”). BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFER TERMS.

Offer Period: This Offer is available from August 20, 2025, through October 20, 2025 (“Offer Period”).

Eligibility: This Offer is exclusively available to former MAJORITY customers who, during the Offer Period:
(a) have received a direct communication from Majority inviting them to participate;
(b) reside in the U.S. and are 18 years of age or older; and
(c) reactivate their MAJORITY account and send money to Venezuela (an “Eligible Participant”).
Limit one Offer redemption per Eligible Participant.

Offer: Eligible Participants will enjoy a special promotional exchange rate for their next three (3) money transfers to Venezuela completed during the Offer Period after reactivating their MAJORITY account.

Offer Redemption Conditions:
To receive the promotional rate, Eligible Participants must:

  1. Log in to their MAJORITY account during the Offer Period;
  2. Complete the reactivation process if the account is inactive;
  3. Send money to Venezuela through MAJORITY’s money transfer service within the Offer Period.

The promotional rate will automatically apply to the first three (3) money transfers to Venezuela made after reactivation and within the Offer Period.

Limitations:

  • The Offer is limited to one redemption per Eligible Participant.
  • Only money transfers to Venezuela are eligible.
  • Money transfers to Venezuela after the expiration of the Offer Period will not receive the special promotional rate regardless of whether all three transfers were made during the Offer Period.
  • This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • The Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

MAJORITY reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice. MAJORITY’s decisions regarding eligibility and satisfaction of the Offer Redemption Conditions are final.

Joining the waitlist does not constitute an application for credit and does not affect your eligibility or approval status. An application must be submitted to be considered for the card. Eligibility requirements apply, including but not limited to income and expense requirements, keeping your MAJORITY account in good standing, and establishing a security deposit account.


*Boost amount (i.e., the amount of the credit line increase) is up to 5% of the monthly on-time payment of at least the minimum payment due and is subject to other terms and conditions, including but not limited to an ability to repay check and a monthly cap in the credit card agreement.


**We report account information to one or more credit reporting agencies. Both positive and negative payment history impact your credit score. The impact of payment history on credit bureau scoring models will vary. Making on-time payments may help to build a credit profile for consumers without existing debt. Failure to make on-time payments will result in a negative history reported to credit reporting agencies and may negatively impact your credit score.
