GET $50 STUDENT WELCOME PROMOTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) govern the participation in the GET $50 STUDENT WELCOME  promotion (the “Offer”) offered by Majority USA, LLC (“Majority”). BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFER TERMS.

Offer Period

This Offer is available from August 5, 2025 (“Offer Start Date”) to September 5, 2025 (“Offer End Date”).

Eligibility

This Offer is exclusively available to participants who:

  • (a) are new customers to Majority and are opening a Majority account (the “Majority Account”) for the first time;
  • (b) are currently enrolled in a college, university, or other higher education institution;
  • (c) download the Majority platform application (“Majority App”) and successfully verify their valid student email address through the Majority App; 
  • (d) successfully complete Majority’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process; and
  • (f) reside in the U.S. and are 18 years of age or older (an “Eligible Participant”).

This Offer is limited to one redemption per Eligible Participant.

Offer Redemption Conditions

To redeem the Offer, Eligible Participants must, during the Offer Period, open a Majority Account and within 30 days of account opening do the following: :

  • (a) Load $100.00 or more in Qualifying Deposits into their Majority Account; and
  • (b) Make three (3) or more Qualifying Transactions of $25.00 or greater each.

This Offer is strictly contingent upon the successful completion of the Qualifying Deposits and Qualifying Transactions as set forth above. 

The $50.00 reward will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Majority Account within 30 days following the verification of the Offer Redemption Conditions.

A “Qualifying Deposit” is one or more deposits that are made into an Eligible Participant’s Majority Account through:

  • (a) ACH transfers
  • (b) Inbound wire transfers
  • (c) Cash loads made at qualifying retailers specified in the Majority App (“Cash Load”)
  • (d) Peer-to-peer payment services 
  • (e) Recurring direct deposits from Eligible Participant’s employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, benefits payer, or government agency.

For clarity, deposits made through MAJORITY Pay are not considered Qualifying Deposits for this Offer.

A “Qualifying Transaction” is one or more transactions in which the Eligible Participant uses their MAJORITY Visa® debit card issued by Axiom Bank, N.A. to make a payment. Such transaction(s) must be finalized and not subject to cancellations or refunds during the Offer Period. If a Qualifying Transaction is subject to cancellation or refund after the Offer Period ends and the Eligible Participant had the $50.00 reward credited to their Majority Account, Majority reserves the right to deduct that credit from such participant’s Majority Account.

Majority Student Service and Membership

This Offer is designed to promote Majority’s new Student Service. For eligible students in the USA, the new Majority Student Service provides a ”Majority Student Discount,” which is a waiver of the Majority monthly membership fee of $5.99 (the “Majority Membership Subscription Fee”) for a period of one (1) year. Majority reserves the right to begin charging the Majority Membership Subscription Fee to users of the Student Service after the year’s elapse, subject to a review of usage data.  Eligible Participants of this Offer will receive the Majority Student Discount.

Limitations

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts and is non-transferable.

Additional terms and conditions also apply. Please see sections 6.2 and 6.5 of the MAJORITY Terms of Service for more details. Majority reserves the right to alter or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice. Majority’s decisions regarding the eligibility of a participant and the satisfaction of the Offer Redemption Conditions are final.

The MAJORITY Visa® Credit Card is issued by WebBank, member FDIC, pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. MAJORITY is not a bank or lender and is a technology company. Joining the waitlist does not constitute an application for credit and does not affect your eligibility or approval status. An application must be submitted to be considered for the card. Eligibility requirements apply, including but not limited to income and expense requirements, keeping your MAJORITY account in good standing, and establishing a security deposit account.


*Boost amount (i.e., the amount of the credit line increase) is up to 5% of the monthly on-time payment of at least the minimum payment due and is subject to other terms and conditions, including but not limited to an ability to repay check and a monthly cap in the credit card agreement.


**We report account information to one or more credit reporting agencies. Both positive and negative payment history impact your credit score. The impact of payment history on credit bureau scoring models will vary. Making on-time payments may help to build a credit profile for consumers without existing debt. Failure to make on-time payments will result in a negative history reported to credit reporting agencies and may negatively impact your credit score.
