What happens if my payment fails or I don’t have enough funds?

If you don’t have enough money in your MAJORITY Wallet when your phone plan is due for renewal, your service will be suspended until you add more funds.

🚫 What happens when payment fails

  • Your phone plan will not renew

  • Your mobile service (calls, texts, and data) will be suspended

  • You won’t be charged until you reactivate

💡 How to reactivate your service

  1. Open the MAJORITY app

  2. Go to the Wallet tab

  3. Add funds to your balance

  4. Return to the Phone Plans section and tap Reactivate Plan

Once payment is successful, your service will be restored instantly.

🛡 Avoid service interruptions

  • Turn on auto-renewal in your Wallet to prevent accidental service pauses

  • Make sure your card or bank account has enough funds before the renewal date

  • We will hold your phone number up to 60 days, after that the phone line will be terminated.
