What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, take action right away in the MAJORITY app:

  • Go to your credit card account and tap Manage card

  • Select Report lost or stolen to block your card and request a replacement

  • Review your transactions and report any charges you don't recognize

Your replacement card will arrive within 14 business days. You can start using your new card immediately by adding it to your digital wallet - Apple Pay/Google Pay/Samsung Pay. You are not responsible for unauthorized charges made after you report your card lost or stolen.
