What agency name do I give when picking up a cash pick-up?

The agency name you should provide depends on the sender's location. Please refer to the following guidelines:

  • If you reside in any of the following states:

    • Arizona

    • D.C. (Washington, D.C.)

    • Illinois

    • Maryland

    • Missouri

    • New Jersey

    • Florida

    • Texas

    • Georgia

    The agency name to give when picking up a cash pick-up is "MAJORITY Payment Services LLC."

  • If you reside in any other state not listed above, the agency name to give when picking up a cash pick-up is "MVB Bank."
