I ordered a new card and it hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

When you order a new card, it takes 7-10 business days for your card to arrive by mail at the address on file. We currently do not have tracking numbers for shipped cards but you can try to set up USPS informed delivery free service to know the day in which the first delivery attempt will happen. If you haven't received your card after 10 business days, you can contact us by opening your MAJORITY app and going to Account > Need help?

💡Tip: To make sure your card was sent to the correct address, double-check your address on file by going to your MAJORITY app, selecting Account and tapping on your name.
