I can’t find my card. What do I do?

If your card is lost or stolen, you can lock your card within your MAJORITY app to prevent unauthorized charges. To lock your card, in your MAJORITY app go to Account > Card & Account > Lock your card.

If you need help locking your card, you can contact us by opening your MAJORITY app and going to Account > Need help?

💡Tip: You can request a new personalized card within your MAJORITY app for free. To request it, lock your card and then report it as lost or stolen within your app.
