Scanning Your ID

1. Position Your ID Correctly:

   • Make sure the entire ID is visible within the scanning frame.

   • Avoid any glares or reflections by ensuring you are in a well-lit environment.

   • Ensure all four corners of the ID are visible and none are cropped out.

2. Ensure Clarity:

   • The image should be clear and free of blurriness.

   • Avoid using photocopies of your ID; only original, valid documents will be accepted.

3. Additional Tips for Success:

   • If using a passport, this is generally the fastest option for approval.

Uploading Your ID from the Gallery

1. Choose the Correct Image:

   • Select a photo that clearly shows either the front or back of your ID, depending on the step you’re on.

   • The image should be in full focus, with no blurry sections, and all information visible.

2. Optimize the Image for Upload:

   • Make sure the lighting is sufficient and there are no reflections, shadows, or glares.

   • Ensure the image shows the entire ID, including all corners.

   • No photocopies allowed — ensure the image is of the original ID.
