You can cancel your MAJORITY Phone Plan at any time directly from the app. Once cancelled, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Open the MAJORITY app

Go to the Services tab

Tap Phone Plans

Scroll down and select Cancel Plan

Follow the steps to confirm your cancellation
📅 What happens after cancellation?

Your service will stay active until your current 30-day plan expires

You won’t be charged again unless you reactivate manually

Your phone line will be disconnected after the cycle ends

If you change your mind, you can reactivate anytime before the end of the cycle

There are no cancellation fees

You cannot pause a plan mid-cycle
