Activating your MAJORITY Phone Plan with eSIM is simple and takes just a few minutes inside your MAJORITY app.
📲 Steps to activate your eSIM

Open your MAJORITY app

Go to the Services tab and select Phone Plans

Choose your plan if you haven't already

Tap Activate eSIM and follow the on-screen instructions

Accept any system prompts to install the MAJORITY eSIM profile
✅ Your eSIM will install automatically through the app!
📱 Device requirements

Your phone must be unlocked (not tied to another carrier)

Your phone must be eSIM compatible

iPhone: iPhone XR and newer

Android: Many Samsung Galaxy S/Note series and Google Pixel models

Use a stable Wi-Fi connection during the installation for faster setup
❗ Common issues

Not in the U.S.: You cannot install your eSIM while abroad

Locked phone: Carrier-locked phones cannot activate a MAJORITY eSIM

No internet: Installation may fail without a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection

Old device: Some older phones do not support eSIM technology
If your activation fails, you can retry inside the app or contact MAJORITY Support for help.
⚠️ Important: You must be physically in the U.S. to activate your eSIM.
eSIM installation will not work if you are outside the country.
