Create your account and enter your personal information.
Verify your phone number and email address.
Complete the identity verification process.
Provide any additional information that may be required during registration.
Once your information has been reviewed and approved, you’ll be able to start using the services available for your account.
What documents can I use?
During registration, you’ll need to provide a valid government-issued ID. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:
Citizenship ID card
Temporary Protection Permit (PPT)
Passport
Driver’s license
Foreign resident ID card
Other official documents issued by government entities
The documents must be valid, legible, and allow your identity to be verified.
What should I do if my document scan fails?
If you’re having trouble scanning your ID:
Make sure the document is complete and legible.
Place it within the indicated frame.
Check that there is good lighting and avoid glare.
Clean your device’s camera if needed.
How long does verification take?
In most cases, verification only takes a few minutes. However, some applications may require additional review and may take up to one business day.
