How do I change my MAJORITY app passcode?

Your MAJORITY app passcode (4 digits) protects your account and is required to log in to the app. It is not the same as your Visa® card PIN, which is used for purchases and ATM withdrawals.


How to change your passcode from the app

  1. Open the MAJORITY app.

  2. Go to Profile > Settings > Change passcode.

  3. Enter your current 4-digit passcode.

  4. Enter your new passcode.

  5. Confirm it by entering it again.


Forgot your passcode?

  1. Open the MAJORITY app.

  2. On the login screen, tap Forgot your code?

  3. Select Yes, reset passcode.

  4. Enter the verification code sent by SMS or choose the option to receive it by email.

  5. Once you regain access to your account, create and confirm your new 4-digit passcode.

💡 Tip: Enable Touch ID or Face ID for quicker and safer access to your account.
