For a recipient to receive money in Nequi, they must activate the remittance option in their app:

  1. Open the Nequi app.

  2. Go to Services and select Finances.

  3. Choose Remittances.

  4. Complete the requested information (done only once).

  5. Accept the terms and conditions, then tap Done.

  6. Indicate the source of the money.

  7. Confirm with your password to validate the transaction.

  8. Check remittance details under Movements in the account.
