Create your account and enter your personal information.
Verify your phone number and email address.
Complete the identity verification process.
Provide any additional information that may be required during registration.
Once your information has been reviewed and approved, you'll be able to start using the services available for your account.
Which documents can I use?
During registration, you'll need to provide a valid government-issued ID. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:
Voter ID card (INE)
Passport
Driver's license
Residence card (temporary or permanent)
Other official government-issued documents
Documents must be current, legible, and allow your identity to be verified.
What should I do if my document scan fails?
If you have trouble scanning your ID:
Make sure the document is complete and legible
Place it within the frame shown
Check that there's good lighting and avoid glare
Clean your device's camera if needed
How long does verification take?
In most cases, verification takes just a few minutes. However, some requests may require additional review and take up to one business day.
