What is Amazon Prime?
Amazon Prime is a subscription service from Amazon that offers benefits such as:

How to manage your Amazon Prime subscription

  1. Sign in to your Amazon account.

  2. Go to Your Account > Your Prime Membership.

  3. From here you can:

    • Review your membership status.

    • Update your payment methods.

    • Cancel your subscription if needed.

Important notes:

  • Amazon Prime is a recurring subscription that will automatically renew based on your chosen plan.

  • Canceling a subscription does not provide a refund for any unused portion.

  • You will continue to have access to Prime benefits until the current billing period ends.

  • If you see an unrecognized charge, contact Amazon Support directly.
