How can I block my card or report it as lost or stolen?

Temporary block
If you suspect fraud or cannot find your card:

  1. Open the MAJORITY app.

  2. Go to Accounts and Cards > Cards.

  3. Select the card you want to block.

  4. Activate the Lock card option.

👉 This will immediately stop in-store purchases, online transactions, and ATM withdrawals. If you find your card, you can unlock it from the same section.

Permanent block and replacement
If your card was stolen or cannot be found:

  1. Open the MAJORITY app.

  2. Go to Accounts and Cards > Cards.

  3. Select the card you want to block.

  4. Select Report lost or stolen and follow the instructions.

👉 Once reported, your card will be permanently canceled and cannot be used. A new card will be sent to you free of charge (standard shipping).

Important note:

  • Your money will always remain safe in your MAJORITY account, even if the card is blocked.

  • The new card should arrive within 14 business days (if standard shipping was selected).
