Can I change the recipient’s details or cancel an international money transfer?

Can I edit recipient details after sending?
Due to compliance regulations, it is not possible to modify recipient details once the transfer has been initiated.


What can I do if I made a mistake?

  • The only available option is to cancel the transaction, as long as it has not yet been completed.

  • You may then resend the transfer with the correct information.


How do I request a cancellation?

  • Transfers cannot be canceled directly from the app.

  • You must contact our customer service team so we can process your request.

  • If the recipient details are wrong, the transaction will automatically fail and the funds will be returned to your account.
