You can change your plan anytime before your next renewal date.

Your new plan will begin at the start of your next billing cycle.

Until then, you'll keep using your current plan with no interruption.
🧭 Where to change your plan

Open your MAJORITY app

Go to the Services tab and select Phone Plans

Tap Change Plan

Choose either the Basic or Plus option

Confirm your selection — you're all set!
⚠️ Important to know

You won’t be charged again until your new cycle starts.

Once the new cycle begins, your selected plan will be applied automatically.

Plan changes can’t be made mid-cycle, but you can schedule the switch anytime.
